I tried to made a withdrawal on ATM but due to some internal error between banking terminals the money did not dispense on ATM. Beside failed ATM transaction my Payoneer MC Debit Card account balance is debited. The Payoneer support doesn’t respond on my inquires about the failed transaction. So, what I should do in order to reverse the failed transaction and credit back the deducted amount to my account balance?

Please open a support (Open a Support Ticket (2cosupport@2co.com)) so we can obtain more details regarding this and pass that information over to our Payoneer Account Manager for resolution.

Well, just received this from 2CO Support: “Unfortunately, I apologize for the confusion but 2CO cannot assist you with this, etc.” So, what’s going on here?!

office,
As this is an issue with your 2CO reloadable MasterCard by Payoneer, you will need to contact Payoneer directly for assistance.

I would recommend contacting the bank responsible for the ATM that did not release the money.
Typically, errors of that type are resolved by the bank responsible for the ATM. Certainly, pursuing a dialog with Payoneer as well would be in your best interest, but there is a possibility they will have limited recourse.
I wish you best of luck in your endeavor to resolve this situation.
Best,
Warner.
