I would like to sell pixels (like onemilliondollarhomepage.com) and I would like to have payment confirmation which will, after confirming the payment, put their picture on my web page. Is there some tutorial which can explain procedure to do that? Do 2CheckOut have that kind of service?
Second short question – I’ am from Serbia, can I receive wire payment on my account in local bank. I know you wrote supported countries, but I would like a confirmation.

I can’t give you the technical information about what you’d like to do, but I can answer your other questions.
Pixel sites are listed on our prohibited product list as a restricted product. What that means is that when you are establishing an account, you’ll need to contact the Risk department through an online ticket.
Yes, we can send wire payments to your bank in Serbia. While we do not support the Serbian Dinar, we can wire transfer the payment in US Dollars, Euros or any listed currency that your bank supports.

2Checkout.com is no longer accepting pixel-selling sites if they guarantee that the site will to be up for more than one year.
It must be stated very clearly on the website that the site is NOT guaranteed to be up for more than one year. If you do not have any guarantee about how long the site will be online, then that must be clearly disclosed to prospective buyers.
In addition to the one-year limit on the guarantee, additional restrictions that 2Checkout is now placing on such sites include:
* 2Checkout will require a copy of a receipt from the site’s hosting service as evidence that hosting has been prepaid for the time that the site is guaranteed.
* Pixel site vendors must complete a Risk Form and return it to 2Checkout.com.
* 2Checkout.com will withhold a reserve amount higher than our regular accounts. Reserve level will be 20 percent.
* Pixel-selling sites are strictly restricted to vendors in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom.

I put the example (onemilliondollarhomepage ) for an example… I want to sell knowledge (or something like that – it is hard to explain with words), but the payment would (should) be processed like in onemilliondollarhomepage.. to sum – Is there some kind of Automatic Payment Confirmation, which work like this:
Someone come to my site, and decide to buy something, then he clicks BUY, completes payment, and then if payment is successful , 2CO sends him to my site whit confirmation of payment and then my site can allow him, for an example, to see the solution of a problem.
I found in knowledge base AutorizeNet API , and it seems that that is what I am looking for.. I would like to know, is AutorizeNet API what I am looking for?

Once a sale is completed through 2Checkout, customers can be returned to a script on your page that can collect the sale information and take any necessary actions (such as emailing the customer, displaying a link, updating a database, etc). I recently wrote an overview of our Direct Return feature that handles this process, it can be found here.
The Authorize.net information that you are referring to is a collection of parameters that can be used to begin a sale, but are not necessarily linked with getting that information after the sale has been finished.
