Hi Mary,
The account was closed because we do not accept international mailed checks for sign up fees. We were unaware that you wished to pay for the account via paypal because you had selected the mailed check option. Your PayPal payment was received, but was refunded because the account had already been closed. The refund was issued today and will take a few days to post back to your account.
In the meantime, please sign up again, selecting PayPal as your payment method, and initiate a PayPal payment to us again.
