I have two accounts with 2CO and I want to close one of them. How do I do this and do I receive the unpaid funds on the account if I close it?

Can you please stop to collect money from my .”debit account”.
I like to close my account.

trapani – If you are a supplier or customer of 2Checkout and need assistance please contact us directly and provide more information about what account you would like to close. If you have a supplier ID or a 2Checkout sale number please be sure to include it so we can assist you.

james1949 – All you need to do to request we close one of your accounts is contact us directly and request this. The funds on your account will still be subject to the 90 day rolling reserve but will be released even if closed.
