did i lose my money ?

i ordered a lens converter at
www.dvdtechcameras.com, i get the
2CO.COM Sales Receipt but with no date on it , i have try to communicate with the firm dvdtechcameras, by email so many times and got no answer.

what is wrong ..? or did i just lose my money
