Experiencing Problems with Payoneer

Good day folks,

On the 7th of July and the 27th of July the Payoneer.com site was inaccessible. Has anyone else had the problem of not being able to log into the website or receiving error messages when trying to log in? It is causing me some concern as attempts to contact their customer service lines is not as easy as it should be. Also when you do get in touch with them their response is usually. “We are aware of the problem and the technicians are working to resolve.”

I’d appreciate your experience on this.

Tomer from Payoneer here.
We had some connectivity issues due to some DDoS attack on our site.
The problem was solved already and I hope no one is experiencing problems.
