I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Bion and I have recently taken
the position of Customer Advocate with 2Checkout. I hope to foster relationships and communication between 2CO and you, our customers - as well as build relationships among the various 2CO customers.
My goal is to start conversations, answer questions, research issues, and facilitate the building of a shared community where you can offer suggestions, criticizms, questions, and support for each other. Strengthening relationships with you and building relationships between you and our partners.
My background is in a “traditional” small family-owned business. My grandfather started a company, my father inherited it, and my brother is currently operating it. The value of networking and customer relationships has always been the foundation of the company. It is my desire to see 2CO become a vehicle for you to grow as a business both by providing a valuable service and a source for information and mutual support.
