An American customer living in Nigeria recently made a purchase with us. As I expected, 2Checkout immediately rejected the order as fraud. I told the customer to call 2Checkout and see if he could get this reversed over the phone.
An hour later 2Checkout reversed the decision … even called him to Nigeria to confirm his identity.
Here’s what the customer wrote to us:
“The guys at 2Checkout are really good: they considered my appeal and also called me to check my claim. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to verify my identity”
