how to active my cancel account?

hi,

i had 3 account in 2checkout. but i don’t know all the Forbidden selling product. 2checkout gave me warning me and i remove. but some how in my shopping cart there was 1 product and 2checkout cancel my all account. it was long time ago around 2 years already. i am sorry for that. i want to get again 2checkout account. how is it possible to get again? anyone can help plz!
