I never got a key to the program. This is fraudulent.
I dont even know if I got a program.
I got something with a register form and nothing more but it ask for a key or serial number.
I have claimed my money back several times and it also have 30 days money back.
Tomorrow is the end of these 30 days and still no refund.
Program maker do not replies to e-mails.
Paypal say that they are now an eBay company and have no protection and give no help if I buy outside eBay.
Now I have claimed my money back via my bank and MasterCard.
One month of problem just for buying via 2checkout.com.

I dont have any order no as it is old e-mail that I have still not imported to new Windows install.
I now have Windows Live mail and Outlook Express before and I have still not been able to import those files.

I wrote you and the seller,several times, you wrote seller, I never got any key for to use the program IF it was a program. I dont know. The only thing this ”program” did was to open a register form that I filled in and this form was automatically sent to the seller for registration. Nothing more happen but after the form was sent the ”program” asked for a key.
I suppose the form was for to get the key. But I dont know.
Anyhow,
I bought R-mail instead, it was more expensive but in the end cheaper as it was not via Paypal (they charge too much so never again Paypal) after pressing ”buy” button on the next page I got download link for the program and the key was in this page. I could use that program within 30 minutes.
That is service and you dont know that word and will never learn.
After this problem with Paypal I refuse to deal with any company connected to Paypal. Therefore I left even Skype as they refused to use other ways to pay. Paypal charge more than 5% in hidden fees. I have not been able to discover this if I had not bought two similar programs at similar price within an hour.
The higher price for second program was the lowest price on my M/C bill. You and Paypal was between. The other programmaker sold directly to me via MasterCard.
I will make a lot of noice about this transaction and I am able to write about it in 4 languages on my webpages. I will mention all names that I have been i contact with during this problem.
