Is CO2 Available for Pakistan?

I want to process my Cart payment through CO2.

So, Tell me CO2 is accept CC from Pakistan.

My second Question is Please tell me there is any developer account or test account for developers ??

2Checkout.com is able to accept credit card payments from Pakistan.

If you would like a developer account, please open a 2Checkout.com account and choose “Mail in your check” as the payment method. After you open the account, please send an email to techsupport@2co.com that contains your new vendor account information. Please be advised that you will be unable to receive payments from a developer account.

After you receive access to your account, we would advise visiting developers.2checkout to perform purchase testing.
