Issue with verification

Hi there I recently contacted your customer service in regards to my account saying that funds deposited into 2checkout account but was not yet processed for my end. After receiving an email back from your customer service they said that I need to have my account verified in relation to this I have received three payments from one client but the customer service assistant said that once more purchases were done then 2checkout will contact the clients to verify this… Why do I have to wait for more payments as I may not see a payment for a month at least. What can be done about this? why cant the one client be contacted to verify the account payments?
