Since we are an authorized reseller for our supplier’s products, every time a purchase is made we are buying from the supplier for the purposes of reselling to the end customer. From the supplier’s point of view, they are selling to us for the purpose of reselling, so there is no tax liability on their end. However, since taxation laws differ from country to country it remains the suppliers sole responsibility to determine their tax liability, and remit the proper payments to their tax authorities. To be sure, we recommend that you consult your tax professional to determine your liability (if any).
