On 29.08 I made a order here in 2co. Also payed for Economic international shippment via USPS. So far I haven’t got my order. The supplier doesn’t reply to my mails. A asked 2co for canceling my order and refund. Notnig happened, just automated messages from their mail. I payed to 2co near 1000 US, no delivery and no money back. This company su…. As a military personel I send a note to the FTC about the case. Let’s see what’s next.

I already send a couple. It was told to me that a canccelation email was send to the supplier. How long does it take to cancel a order that is not proceed by the supplier?!?!? How we can cancel something that does not exist??? 18 days have past. I think it take a hour or so to take the package to the post office and mail it. It’s clearly visible that the supplier is fake. How long I have to wait???? To wait for what???? Unexisting supplier to cancel existing order.

Hello simstim - I apologize for the inconvenience of your funds still being held up. We have canceled this order on September 16th and the authorization hold which was placed on these funds should be lifted by your bank. The first thing I recommend is to contact your bank about this specific transaction and the hold placed on the funds. They may be able to verify that the funds will not deposit and release the hold for you right away. If your bank claims that they cannot release the hold due to something 2Checkout has not done please reply to me with the ticket you have opened with us. I will reply and open your ticket so you can notify me of any further issue with this sale.

Ok. So a went to the bank couple of times those days. My bank card issuer claims, that there is no note for canceling of my order, send by you. I am getting very tired of this thing. I want work to be done, and a suare I never, never again won’t use you to make an online order. That is unbelievable.

Visa allows merchants to void an authorization hold immediately or adjust the amount of the hold in a process known as an authorization reversal. My card is VISA, so what we are waithing for???? 9 days had passed. It so simple, to send a cancelation record to my bank and clearly note my card number and cancelation of my order.

Because your order was canceled before it was deposited and finalized, your bank should have released this authorization hold automatically for you after 7 days without the need for us send a request for them to drop the authorization.
We have manually sent a request for your authorization to be released which should force your bank to release those funds. Please allow 24 hours for this request to reach your bank and for the funds to be released.

Ok I’ve waited 10 times by 24 hours. My bank did not received any request for releasing my funds. This is the last time I am writing here and next I will make a use of FTC mil shield program and enforce you by any legal means to do your job. Waiting more than 2 months.

The authorization hold was canceled on 25-Sep-2008. There is no reason why your bank should still be holding the authorization. Please fax a copy of your bank statement showing the authorization hold to our toll free fax number 866-921-2451 Attn: Craig/Product Support. Please make sure you black out any sensitive information such as account or credit card numbers on your statement before you fax it.
