Parameter Error comes up when checking out of a shopping cart and it does not allow to proceed.I have been asking for a help to the help desk but I need to know the solution as soon as possible.
I was told that my account has been disabled but not been given clear instructions how to activate it. Please let me know what I have to do.

I signed up as a new supplier 6 days ago and my experience so far has been very good. I tried to use the 2CO service for the first time, but I am also receiving Parameter Error when customers try to make a purchase. I suspect this might be because my account is not active yet.
I have raised a ticket, but I am concerned about the resolution timeframe for this.
How long does it take before accounts can be made active?
Is there way to check my account status after I login as a supplier?
Is there an internal Service Level Agreement that 2CO has with regard to replying to help desk tickets?

I see you’ve received a response from the appropriate department. Please respond to the ticket if you have any questions about it.
