		<description>&lt;p&gt;I signed up as a new supplier 6 days ago and my experience so far has been very good.  I tried to use the 2CO service for the first time, but I am also receiving Parameter Error when customers try to make a purchase. I suspect this might be because my account is not active yet. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have raised a ticket, but I am concerned about the resolution timeframe for this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How long does it take before accounts can be made active? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there way to check my account status after I login as a supplier?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there an internal Service Level Agreement that 2CO has with regard to replying to help desk tickets?&lt;/p&gt;
