I’ve just signed up with 2CO and wanted to get my ID to promote products. Preumably that is in my profile which I can’t view. How long will the profiles be unavailable for?

scraggz – The Community Profiles are only your profile on this community website which are viewed by clicking on the username on this site. These profiles only list your name, any about me information you have entered and a link to your website if you have entered one. This is not the 2Checkout supplier accounts which is where you setup products and manage your sales. This can still be accessed by clicking on “Vendor Login” and entering the username and password you setup when you signed up with 2Checkout.
Your Vendor ID number will be given to you at the end of signup and will also be shown to you on the homepage of your 2Checkout account after you have logged in.

matrex – If you need to change your community password, which is the password you use to log into this website and make comments like the one above where you asked your question, you will need to click on the “community login” link located on the right side of the page and then click the forgot password link. You will then be sent a new password for your community account. Please note you must be logged out of the community site in order to see the “community login” link. The article that we are commenting on also has a direct link to the forgot password feature.
If you need to change the password to your 2Checkout vendor account, which is accessed by clicking on the “Vendor Login” tab along the top of the page, you can follow the instructions listed in this knowledge base article.
