Hello c0mrade,

2Checkout does accept PayPal transactions. All 2Checkout payment options, including PayPal, are subject to our standard transaction fees of $0.45 USD per sale and 5.5% of sale amount.

PayPal checks each order before it goes through our Fraud review process, so any order that is approved by 2Checkout has already been verified by PayPal.

If the customer files a dispute via PayPal, we will have the opportunity to challenge that dispute through their standard channels. In the case of a refund request or chargeback received by 2Checkout directly, our Fraud and Disputes departments will work with you to avoid any fraud losses.

Sebbe has posted a through article on behalf of our Fraud department, that may provide further information regarding your concerns. You can view it at:

For your convenience, I'll also outline a few of 2Checkout's policies regarding the sale of coins and currency.

2Checkout does not accept the sale of replica or current circulation currency. Additionally, any coin sold as 'Certified' be certified by:

      Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC)
      Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS)
      Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS)
      Independent Coin Grading (ICG)
American Numismatic Association Certification Service (ANACS)

Non-certified coins cannot be sold with any claims or inferences of specific dollar value.
