so if i read correctly i cannot be paid in south African rands. fine.
does that mean i will receive a wire transfer in US dollars?
is this a problem?
does anyone out there know if i will come unstuck with getting my money?

if any other south africans read this post, i called a local bank, and it is no problem. the local bank will simply do an exchange rate thing.

Your are correct. Although we do not yet support payments in South African Rand, we are still able to payout South African suppliers by USD wire at a rate of $10.00 per wire, air mailed check at a rate of $4.00 per check or by using the Payoneer MasterCard.

We have updated our accepted and payout currencies to include the Rand.
