Hi Asadkn,

For Paypal sales, the status is listed as "pending" instead of "approved" during the authorization period. This gives us time to review the order for fraud along with allowing you and the customer a short time to cancel the sale without you being charged any transaction fees. It will be listed as deposited within 24 to 48 hours of the sale.

The "Date Paid" section lists when you have been paid for this particular order. So if the order deposits into the account today and you get paid next Thursday, the order will list the Date Paid as July 16, 2009.

Hope this helps clarify things!
