I have Avactis shopping cart and they already have a 3 page checkout system, where they ask for customer billing information and what not. Now, I have 2CO and they ask for that information all over again???? This is NOT good! I need my customers to stay on my site, not run away because the checkout process is 12 pages long!!! Is there a way to just make this process 1 page, so the customers can just review the information and give credit card information? Or, is there a way to integrate the 2CO payment processing into my site? Please help…I am really unhappy with this so far, as I thought things would be much different! Thanks!

Your customers must be passed into our purchase routine to complete their order. We do offer a single page checkout but unfortunately at this time it does not look like the Avactis shopping cart supports this purchase routine. We will contact Avactis to see if they are interested in adding support for our single page checkout.

Thank you. You can surely understand why I feel this is redundant? As a customer, I know I wouldn’t want to go through 7 steps to checkout and buy something…not unless it was the only thing around and I had to have it… It is just nuts…
How will I know if Avactis will agree to the changes? Will you comment here or can you email me with the answer? I would very much appreciate it!

Thank you so much! I just contacted Avactis myself as well…telling them you were going to contact them and about the long checkout process. They had been helping me set up the payment module (it wasn’t working), so they were already aware of the problems…
