Wants to Pay via 2checkout

Hi
I have few query if sombody can help me out …
Im living in Sweden and i got Preapaid Visa Gift Card(Vanila)from USA.I have an account in Astraweb and i always pay them via Paypal but this time Paypal not accepting my Visa gift Card coz card is not register in Sweden or something..now one of my friend suggest me i can do this via 2checkout(paying Astraweb)everymonth like paypal.

So my question is If 2checkout accept prepaid Visa Gift Card(vanila) or not??
and if accept what is the procedure to Pay??

Our purchase routine will only except prepaid credit cards that have a name and billing address attached to the card. Unfortunately, most prepaid credit cards do not work with our system, because there is no billing address attached to the card. You may attempt to use your credit card by going through the normal ordering process on the suppliers website and selecting credit card as your payment option.
