If I get a 2checkout.com account, can I charge the creditcard of my customers using 2co and will you transfer the money to my ICICI bank account?
If so, how many days will it take to transfer money to my bank account?

I don’t know about transferring your funds to an ICICI bank account. However, you won’t have access to customer credit card information and therefore won’t be able to make any charges other than those which the customers voluntarily agree to.

I am unfamiliar with what an ICICI bank account is. I can tell you that 2Checkout.com does issue payments to international vendors in a variety of ways including air-mailed check and bank wire, in multiple currencies including Indian Rupee. Payments are issued each week on Thursday.
