I am having the same problem with a wire that was supposed to be sent on July 3. Even after waiting for the 21 days period and after making many tickets trying to get a reply or solution, 2CO gives no solution and the money doesn’t arrive. It has come to the point where my last 6 posts to the ticket system have been ignored, receiving no reply at all.
I can not understand such negligence for assisting serious problems. This has me really disappointed.

Hello - Our payments department will be responding to your ticket with the information that we received from our bank as soon as we receive it.
Please be advised that it can take time for a service message to be answered by the bank. The message must go to the corresponding bank, which then sends the message onto your bank. Once your bank receives the messages, your bank must research the payment. Upon completion of this research, your bank will answer the message and send the reply back to the corresponding bank. The corresponding bank will forward the message onto our bank. At that time, our bank will contact us with the information they have received from your bank, by way of the corresponding bank, so that we can then contact you.
This process can take some time and we will provide the information to you as soon as we receive it.
