rosa1313 – I see from your account that you have been in contact with one of our customer care team leads about this situation. The $1400 in question has been applied to multiple chargebacks and refunds on your account since it was closed. Our customer care team will be able to supply you with a break down of the funds on your account so you can see what the funds were applied to.

rosa1313 – I have spoken with the customer care lead you are working with and he will be sending you a more detailed break down of the Chargebacks that were placed on your account so you can see each sale number and the amount that was associated with each chargeback. All of the sales that make up the money you are questioning are chargebacks that had been initiated by the customer themselves.
