I signed you for 2CO 32 days ago, had my site approved by more than one person, then out of the blue they cancel it, keep my $50, & say I can’t get the money I’ve earned for 90 days! I checked Google & it seems many others have problems such as this. Every person I talk to there has a different story, it’s like i’m talking to a different company every time! 2CO is a scam, fees are more than all the others, their support staff is a joke…I know if I had a site I would at least check my own forum to see if bad remarks were on it every now & then, so if your reading this, that proves my point… they are so stupid they don’t even bother to read & monitor their own forum…BEWARE OF 2CO you will get your money stolen!!

As 2Checkout’s Customer Advocate, I am very interested in looking into cases where our support has been inconsistent so that we can improve the services and support offered. Unfortunately, I cannot locate an account based on the information used to post this message. If you would like me to look into your account, please send an email to bniederkohr@2co.com with your site’s URL or your 2CO vendor account number.
As far as the board moderation goes… we are quite active on the site and for many customers this is a point of contact for support. We believe in allowing our customers past, present and potential the freedom to voice their opinions, questions, and requests both good and bad. It isn’t a lack of observation on our part that your post will be allowed to remain visible, it is a devotion to a free exchange of ideas and opinions.
