There is no inherit restriction on those kinds of media, but it will depend on the content. You will want to review our Prohibited Products list for more information:

These are self improvement / self development products, and nothing within the prohibited products list.
My other question is how much do we need to accumulate before 2CO sends us a check?

It depends on the payment method you choose and the release level you set.
If, for example, you choose ACH for your payment method, you may choose a release level of as low as $10 USD. If you choose check, it increases to a $100 minimum. Wire transfers have a $300 minimum. Payments are released weekly.
