Bliss from Himalaya

Hi,

I have just read 2co website and some posts of this forum and found the business model of 2co appropriate for himalayanbliss.com.

Since we are based on Nepal, PayPal is not available yet to our country. Still we need to pay for the account setting charges with one of our associate’s personal account of PayPal. In this context, when we choose payment method as PayPal, what is the billing address to be filled? Whether is it the physical address of himalayanbliss.com of Nepal or billing address of used PayPal account of Australia?

Regarding chargeback and refund policy, I understand that if the chargeback is done because of the fraud, in this case the vendor are not charged by 2co but all other cases except fraud, vendors are responsible and will be charged accordingly, is it correct?

Regarding return case from the customer, who is responsible for the shipping charges if delivered product is returned by the customer? Please explain.

My next question, is it possible to fix the product base price in euro and accept all major accepted currencies where all other currencies price will be fluctuated according to the euro exchange rate?

You can use PayPal to establish your 2Checkout.com account. The following knowledgebase article should help you:

Simply post your PayPal payment as usual following the system prompts.

You have understood our chargeback (BAD) policy correctly. Fraud detection is a function 2Checkout is happy to provide to you and we do not apply any additional fees to you in the event fraud is reported in association with the sale of your product.

Please provide our CCS Department with a copy of your return policy. It should clearly state that the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges in the event of a return. We will make every attempt to retain these funds if a return becomes necessary.

You may list your product pricing in Euros — this will ensure your base price will always be based upon the Euro value. All customers will, however, see the product price in their domestic currency based upon the dynamic interchange rate currently in effect.

Thanks for the reply. Recently paypal has opened its services to Nepal and I am corresponding them to have a verified business account. If that is possible, we will pay by that account otherwise we will choose paypal as payment method and fill the billing address of Himalayan Bliss and later pay by paypal personal account with the different billing address where we include the memo of vendor account number.

My next question is, if we partnered with 2co, are we able to offer the same product from same site with different payment processor like e-gold, e-bullion, pecunix and liberty reserve? Are we allowed to provide special discount with some of the prefered payment options?

2CO does not insist on an exclusive relationship like that. You may use both 2CO and Paypal or other service. In the near future, 2CO will accept Paypal directly.

It’s important that you accurately represent the price of your products, so I recommend contacting our Risk department at risk@2co.com directly with your question about special discounts.

Please provide the information regarding paylater, e-check and other facilities which can be incorporated with 2co.
