I would like to know if it is possible to stop the recurring billing of a product via http.
We will have customers who have signed up for an account. We would like to offer them the opportunity of cancelling their account. I understand that we can then log into our account to cancel the order, however, most people would typically cancel an account at the end of the month possibly not giving us enough time to cancel the order on 2checkout.com before the next monthly payment is done.
What we would ideally want to do is have a cancel action on our webapplication that would call your services with the order_id and that the cancelling happens automatically.

At this time 2Checkout does not offer the ability to cancel a sale from a HTTP post or API at this time.
You will need to log into the account and cancel the sale or contact 2Checkout to cancel the sale. If your customer requests that the recurring be canceled and you do not cancel it before the next installment bills you can refund that extra installment when you are canceling the recurring billing.
