I provide services to my clients-
consulting, training, phone and face to face support etc and software development and site maintenance.
The services have always already been provided (or at least a 30 day free trial of them) before payment is requested- how can my clients confirm receipt of service when they pay so there are no issues with payments from 2co to me?
thanks

Customers will only have to confirm the receipt of services with 2Checkout when your account is going through the verifications process. To verify your account 2Checkout will call your customers to confirm the receipt of good or services. Please read our verifications article for more information on this usually seamless process.

Do you have lots of different language speakers? as voice verification maybe a little difficult to say the least with a lot of my clients if you are limited to English speakers. Im just a little nervous about starting to accept payments via 2CO if there is going to be long delays in being able to access the funds. Ive tried explaining to my clients that when they make payment a company will call to ask them about our service and make sure there’s an englsh speaker around, but Im not too optimistic as their “English speaker” are few and not exactly fluent (in the nicest possible way;)
Any advice? suggestions?
Thanks

At this time the verifications department has representatives that are fluent in Spanish and English. If we are unable to communicate with the customers because of the language barrier, what we would do is email them with the order information and wait for a response. The verification process normally does not take long, however, it does depend on how fast the customers received the product and how easy it is to get in touch with them.
