We realized that many non US credit cards do not have AVS verification, and thereby not able to pay through 2CheckOut.com. We direct some of the non US customers to our alternate CC processor to solve this problem. But then, quite a number of customer simply shy away without contacting us… i.e. business lost.
Dear 2CO, please look into this important issue.

Customers using a credit card that does not have the AVS verification service will still be able to make purchases with 2Checkout suppliers. This service is not a requirement. We accept all major credit cards from anywhere in the world.
Customers with non US cards that do not have a AVS service can still place orders with 2Checkout.com. If your customers are being declined by our processor I suggest they contact us directly for assistance.

yes , many cards ( VISA , MASTERCARD )non US is not able to pay , we have in our shop online – 2CO – but its useless …

As previously stated, 2Checkout accepts all major credit cards from anywhere in the world. If a customer is having problems placing their order it is not because they are using a non US based credit card. Please have the customer contact us directly so that we can assist them with placing their order.
