I have a question about your E-Downloads service.I’m working on a private accommodation directory website where people will pay to get listed on our website.
And when the client pays and his payment gets verified ,can he be transfered to a page (true addresse masked by your server) on our server where he will input his e-mail and get the product (password and username for his profile) on his e-mail?

Yes, the customer can be transfered to page on your site after a valid purchase. If you wish this URL to be masked you will need to set the Direct Return setting in your account to YES. This will automatically forward the customer to your selected Approved URL and mask the URL behind our domain. Your approved URL will actually be loaded on our servers so you want to make sure that all paths to images, files and other pages are full absolute URLs. If they are relative URLs the browser will attempt to find them on our domain and will not be found.

Sorry about the delay you saw when you opened a ticket. If you have a technical question be sure to assign the ticket to the Tech Support department.
Yes you can set Approved URLs at the product level so each product can have a specific URL.

You mentioned the approved URL will be hosted on your server,right? So there is no need to put the page containing my product/service on my server as well?

Your welcome thewalkingdude! You will need to host the Approved URL and product on your server. Your Approved URL is only being displayed on our server to mask the URL. Neither the Approved URL or the product itself is actually hosted on our servers.
