The E-Good blacklist will stop customers from completing a purchase based on the billing address country that is entered. We do not have any specific recommendations for blocking countries from ordering. I can recommend that you watch your sales and if you notice activity from any one country that is resulting in a lot of fraudulent sales then use this list to block some of those sales.
If any other vendors have recommendations based on their sales with 2Checkout we would love to hear what they have to say.
