I am currently trying to create a site in compliance with 2co’s rules. Just to be sure, can someone please elaborate on the specific nature of the Company Compliance Disclaimer?
Additionally, the knowledge base has the following: ”You maintain a web site(s) that contains complete marketing, advertising, and product information” what would be the Marketing and advertising information?

The compliance disclaimer refers to the manner in which you display credit card logos and/or represent the relationship between your business and 2Checkout. The credit card associations and 2Checkout’s upstream provider are very specific on how they expect the customer to perceive the relationship between 2Checkout and our Suppliers. Your website must clearly state that 2Checkout.com is a reseller of your services, and any credit card logos placed on the page must reflect that.
Additional information, including cut and paste examples, is available at http://www.2checkout.com/language_guidelines.html
Marketing and advertising refers to the selling points that would commonly be used to market your products. Information used to advertise the product/service in other locations, such as product features, warranties, and support should all be visible on the website as well.
If you have any further questions, or would like additional clarification, don’t hesitate to ask.
