Fraud notifications are not really necessary for one reason: I, as a vendor, cannot take any action based on the decision made that changes it. If it fails, it fails. The product has already been delivered, unless I utilize a pending URL. I don’t, because I don’t feel like answering “where’s my download” support emails. I’m just ranting though. 2CO provides excellent overall service. Anyway…
Where can turn them off? In the notifications settings in V2 none of the checboxes are selected, yet I still get sales and fraud notifications. I just want to turn off fraud.

You can change the email subscriptions for your username on the user management page in the new sellers area (VA). Once you have logged in click on the “Account” tab and then select the “User Management” sub category.

Please see original message, specifically “In the notifications settings in V2 none of the checboxes are selected, yet I still get sales and fraud notifications.”
I meant VA actually, not V2. None of the notification boxes are checked. And under User Management, the same is true. No boxes are checked under Email Lists. And…there’s no Fraud category, only:
sales
contact
outage
shipping
financial
tech
general
beta
newsletter

Fraud notifications are grouped with sale notifications in the sales email subscription.I am currently investigating which emails types are included in each email subscription. If you only want to avoid fraud emails you can create a filter in your email program. If no email subscriptions are selected for your username you should not be receiving any sales emails. If you are still receiving emails please open a support ticket by clicking on the help tab above.
