Does anyone else have issues with the Risk management department responding. I’ve talked to Tech Support on Sat. They said they had to send my issue to the Risk department, but now it’s Tuesday afternoon and still no response. I’ve been given a deadline by the committee members to either be using 2checkout by tomorrow night (Wednesday) or be using paypal’s checkout on our site.
Anyone else waiting on the Risk Department?
