I am a vendor who works with 2CO for more than three years. My Vendor # 296621. I can not receive my wire since 17-Jul-2008. Despite your company states that money was wired to my bank account I still can not receive any proofs from your company. Multiple requests to sell me a copy of MT103 resulted in nothing. I opened more than 10 tickets since that time, tried to resolve the problem in live chart but it is not resolved still. Since we are selling essays our account will be closed soon. Does it mean that we will never receive our moeny or any proof that it sent to us? How should we react if the problem is not receive for more than 6 months!?

We have a Payments Department responsible for financial issues with payments. Our Customer Care Department handles vendor support. Please tell me exactly what the issue is and I will research it as soon as possible. If there is a payment missing, please advise which one it is. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
November 14 : I will contact our bank again today. I will also request a copy of the original MT103. Once I have the MT103 I will forward it so you can also have your bank looking for the missing wire.
December 15: We have sent your bank a notification as of Tue, 21st Oct 2008 7:17 am. Requesting the Mt103, however, we have not received a response just yet. I am noticing that we have sent our payments department two notifications this morning. Our Payments department will notify you as soon as they have information back from the bank.

Hello! thank you for your support earlier. There is one more problem with money wire. My Vendor # XXXXXX. You closed my account January 15, 2009. When you closed it I had $200 on my account when it was close. I still did not receive this money. I can not access my account. How can I get information about this money? and how can I receive it?
