I am experiencing a problem of setting up my products. Products offered by me are not tangible. Now I started and just created a product but I think I could not set it up properly as when one of my client made a payment for that product, I was unable to receive payments in my account and even no sales are showing in the account.
A person from technical staff responded me and said
you have no corresponding Approved URL in your product creation under the edit link of your 1 product..!
Now if any one can plz let me know step by step procedure to create a product. One thing…all of my paymentys will be through paypal.
I have just created this product and the en result was no sale showing in my account even after a client made payment.
Any help…!

When you say that “I was unable to receive payments in my account” was this because your customer received an error when attempting to purchase the product? If the customer received any errors please let us know.
If you were able to create the product in our system then your customer will be able to purchase it with the 2Checkout system. I do not believe that your issue deals with the product itself. Please open a support ticket here and provide your vendor ID number so we may test your account and make sure it is set up correctly. I would like to review your account and website in full so I can locate any issue that you may have as a new vendor and be sure your site is ready to sell.
