All international suppliers are required to fill out a risk document and provide 2 forms of photo id.

2. How long does your verification process take?
The length of the verifications process depends on the difficulty in verifying your sales through voice verification with the end user of the service or product.

3. Do you accept virtual visa card from graphcard for registration payment?
2Checkout should accept any international card with the Visa logo.

4. If you accept graphcard virtual visa card, will there be problem if the address on the card is US address and my IP is a Nigerian IP?
If your card address is different from your IP address your signup sale will likely be canceled until you contact our fraud department to verify your identity.

5. Can I combine another payment processor, Alertpay with 2Checkout on my website?
You may have multiple payment options on your site including 2Checkout.

6. Do I need to have a Paypal account before 2Checkout can accept payment through Paypal on my behalf?
2Checkout is an authorized reseller for our suppliers so customers are able to pay for products and services with the funds in their PayPal account, even if the supplier does not have their own PayPal account and only uses 2Checkout.

7. If I have two websites or more, can I use one 2Checkout account for them?
The 2checkout.com license is for 1 website. You can only use your account for the web site that is registered on your account. Vendors wishing to sell products from more than 1 website would need to sign-up for additional accounts. 2Checkout will provide a $19 discount for each additional account.
