Can someone be so kind as to explain to me the ways that the fees are collected? I see from the website that 2CO charges 5.5% +0.45 on all orders processed, would this amount be charged from my credit card or deducted directly from the sales that I make? Thanks.

The process is a little bit different for each of the ways we offer for the customer to pay, but here’s the basics.
When the order is first placed, the funds are held in an authorization hold. This allows the order to go through fraud review and ensures that you will not be charged for any fraudulent orders that are canceled. After a tangible order is shipped or an intangible order passes fraud review, the funds are deposited from the customer’s account. The 5.5% and 45 cents is deducted directly from the sale when the money is deposited from the customer’s credit card or other form of payment.
