Because of US sanctions against Sudan, I’m sorry to say that we can not offer you an account. Once OFAC sanctions are lifted and US based companies are allowed to do business in your country, we will be happy to allow you to join.

Why us block the poor people in Sudan? it’s not judge, really its bad thing to do that.
