I am trying to pass japanese characters to x_first_name,x_last_name and similar parameters, but in https://www.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/purchase you see them broken. Is there anyway I can send multibyte characters.

Can you be more specific about how the broken characters look? I tried doing this same thing and I got a line that looks like the following:
& #23529;& #35696;& #20250;
Normally, these groups of characters should be converted back into their original form, which would display the characters you were expecting to see. I’ll need to forward this information to our developers, but first I want to verify that our experiences are the same.
