Online Store Based in Japan

I would like to know if it is possible to open an account with 2checkout.
I am currently living in Japan.
I have an Oscommerce store, is it possible to accept credit cards payment through my website?
What about withdrawing the money, what choices do I have?

2Checkout supports both suppliers and customers from Japan. We can also bill your customers in JPY.

The OsCommerce shopping cart is compatible with 2Checkout and we have integration instructions available.

Payments from your 2Checkout account can be issued to your Japanese bank account by JPY wire at a rate of $6.00 per wire. Your payment can also be issued by mailed check payment in USD at $4.00 per check or by using the the Payoneer card.
