My panel has show my payment has sent to my payoneer card 2days ago.
But my payoneer card shows 0 Balance, not even a loading attempt.

Please note, payments are sent Thursday of each week. As payments are calculated on Wednesday, the payment amount will be visible in your account before the payment is actually sent to you. You will receive an email from Payoneer to advise when the payment has been loaded to your card.

The date and time in the 2Checkout account is the time that the supplier payment was processed on our end. This is not the time that the payment was sent or the time that the Payoneer card was loaded. It will take some time for the payment to be accepted and processed by Payoneer and be placed on your card.
2Checkout suppliers using the Payoneer card will receive an email from Payoneer when they have received our payment and are ready to apply it to your card. This email will alert you that there are funds ready to be accepted on your Payoneer card. Once you receive this email you will then need to log into your Payoneer account and accept the funds for them to be added to your card balance. Only after you log into the Payoneer account and accept the funds will they be applied to your cards balance.

I came here to read some possible problems regarding to payments last week because I have almost the same. The payment was sent as wire to my bank on Feb 4th, but the money still have not arrived. Usually they were here at Friday-Saturday the same week. I have the same username to 2CO vendors area, please advice.

Thank you, joel! I talked with my bank today and see that this is not 2CO fault. But I still should use your helpdesk to clarify some issues regarding that payment. Thank you for comments! -Eugene.
