Hi,
I was able to go to payoneer.com and log in. Were you going to the main site or following a link? What error did you receive?

You can signup for the 2Checkout Payoneer MasterCard when you run the 2Checkout Banking Wizard. You will want to select the “2Checkout Prepaid Debit MasterCard®, Powered by Payoneer” option after selecting your location, then clicking on the button titled “Payoneer” to signup for the card. This button has text that reads “If you do not yet have a Payoneer account for 2Checkout payments you can sign up by clicking the “Payoneer” button” above it.

It was closed for around 4 to 5 hours
Also since the site has returned back two of the transactions which we have made earlier on 24th june were suddenly doubled.

As you can see these transactions were made on 24th, they were in pending authorization for 2 days, and suddenly when they were made permanent on 26th they were duplicated
My account balance also went from + to negative -196 because of it. Now when i contact payoneer they say merchant has made duplicate charge, which is practically not possible, how come they can make a charge on debit card if it doesn’t even have funds in it. Can debit cards go -$196?
Also even if i believe merchant has made duplicate charge, then why both merchants have made it. A single merchant can make mistake, not both?
Also the time stamp difference is of only 2 minutes. which shows some error has occured.
I am talking with one of their representative, but it doesn’t seems good so far, so lets see.

I’m not able to log in to my account too and no reply from Payoneer Support! the website is up & running but not able to access my account!
