Hi
Can anyone tell me what the ec stands for ? Is it echeck ? Will I receive a fraud review status email from 2CO on this type of payment ?

The EC in PayPal EC stands for Express Checkout. Yes, you will still receive a Fraud review for orders paid via this method.
