Hello! Almost completed registration form as vendor but remembered my phone is turned off.
Is it absolutely necessary for vendor to have working phone? Because I don’t support my customers via phone (lack of spoken English and free time) + I never use it anyway (skype, IM, Twitter, e-mail seems to be enough in modern world).
As for fraud protection - all payment/billing/CC data has same name. Mine.

As long as your other contact information is valid and can be confirmed, it is not mandatory for you to possess a phone to sign up as a 2Checkout vendor.
