I had been hearing some complaints from customers and then confirmed this myself that whenever someone orders more than one product in a single purchase, the final page lists each product with a link underneath which says: “click here to access your good” – which is exactly what’s supposed to happen.
Unfortunately, whenever any of these links are clicked on, instead of receiving the download file for each product, a page comes up stating an HTTP File 404 error or that “the page cannot be found”.
However, when a customer only orders one product per transaction, the download file comes up with no issues.
There is obviously a problem when multiple products are ordered in one transaction as it seems that the link to each file is not connected to the actual download link to that file.
This only seemed to start happening recently. I’m not sure if something has changed on your end but please advise as to whether or not the tech staff is aware of this problem and if it is being resolved.

Our Developers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. This issue only appears to happen if more than one product is ordered and the return url is set at the product level. You may wish to contact us directly so that we may note your account to provide customers with the download link(s) should they encounter this issue.
