Question about phpprobid integration

Dear 2CO, I am having a website that use the most Professional Auction Script Software by PHP Pro Bid here are their website www.phpprobid.com
Here is the questions I have! I would like to use 2CO as a payment option for my members to pay their montly subscription. In the phpprobid software platform 2CO is integrated as a payment sysytem, however, I hound out that “auctions” are in your prohibited list! Please explain what that means, because I have an auction site and will collect subscription membership fee only, 2CO will not be used for auction payments between members, it will use for members to pay their membership fee to the webmaster (me) for using the service. I really need to know all the details, because as now my auction site is been free of charge for more than a year and as today April, 5 2008 I have 1852 active members that will pay about $10 monthly fee and I would like to give them an option to do it via 2CO.
