I am running a small website with possibility to order paintings and i would like to integrate with your payment service. I have seen some examples of 2CO usage on websites and spotted that merchant needs to provide its own id and product id as url parameters, and that won’t be a problem.
Can you please answer following questions:
1. I am from Serbia. Is it possible to make payments to Serbia from 2CO?
2. Does it matter where the website is hosted?
3. How can i update list of products at your end (if necessary)?
4. From your experience, are there any problems with shipment from Serbia (we have Fedex, UPS, TNT here) with customs authorities?
Thanks, heavypred

Hello Heavypred,
1. We can pay people in Serbia by wire transfer, Payoneer card and air mailed check. Read more about the payment options available.
2. There are some free webhosts that do not allow the hosted websites to be used for commercial purposes. In general, if selling from your website is allowed by the host, you will be allowed to use it as your 2Checkout page.
3. 2Checkout offers a database where you can set up your products. You can either set up and edit the products by hand or upload a product CSV. We are also compatible with many shopping cart systems, allowing you to sell products without adding them individually to the database.
4. I’m not familiar with any trouble sending products out of Siberia. We do have some successful suppliers from the Ukraine who export tangible products. By giving high estimates of how long it will take to send your products to the customers, you should be able to mitigate any issues with customs delays.
If you have any other questions, please let us know!
Julie

Thank you Julia.
Regarding my 4th question,
it’s Serbia (ex Yugoslavia), Europe, not Siberia, lol
Guess it’s my mistake for not being accurate. I am trying to sell paintings (in various sizes) through my online gallery and ship with fedex, ups or TNT (shipment and custom costs will be included in price).

Oh, I’m so sorry! I read your message wrong. Serbia should be just fine. We do have suppliers in Serbia who do not have any issues, but I do not know of any off hand who ship tangible goods. FedEx and UPS may be able to answer your customs questions better.
My apologies again.
